Wyższa Szkoła Nauk Pedagogicznych w Warszawie provides its students with access to the School’s Reading Room, located at 98 Aleje Jerozolimskie, as well as to the resources of partner libraries with which the School has signed cooperation agreements. In addition, the School offers a wide range of digital library collections.

The academic library system includes:

1. Reading Room of Wyższa Szkoła Nauk Pedagogicznych w Warszawie at 98 Aleje Jerozolimskie

The School’s Reading Room collection consists primarily of academic literature relevant to the School’s fields of study, including pedagogy, psychology, sociology, as well as philosophy, administration, law, economics, management and organization, political science, and international relations. The collection is supplemented by professional journals (e.g. Problemy Opiekuńczo-Wychowawcze, Psychologia Wychowawcza, Teczki Pracy Pedagoga Szkolnego i Procedur Ochrony Małoletnich, Teczki Pedagoga Specjalnego, Szkoła Specjalna, Człowiek – Niepełnosprawność – Społeczeństwo). The collection is regularly updated and cataloged by the School.

2. Warsaw Public Library – Main Library of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship (ul. Koszykowa)

This library provides free access to its resources for students and teaching staff of Wyższa Szkoła Nauk Pedagogicznych w Warszawie. The total collection includes approximately 1.7 million volumes.

The Koszykowa Library is not only a place for study but also for expanding interests, pursuing passions, attending exhibitions, author meetings, debates, and book launches—all fully accessible to the School’s students and faculty.

It is one of the largest and most prestigious libraries of its kind in Poland, offering an extensive collection of books, journals, and special collections, as well as access to spacious thematic reading rooms, including:

• The Stanisław Kierbedź Main Reading Room

• The Art and Cartography Reading Room

• The Children’s Book Museum Library

• …and many other quiet spaces for studying and working.

Usage Rules:

To use the library services, you must:

• Register as a reader (online or in person)

• Hold a valid ID

• Follow the library’s usage and borrowing regulations

3. Public Library in Piaseczno

The library offers free access to its resources for students and teaching staff of Wyższa Szkoła Nauk Pedagogicznych w Warszawie, including on-site collections, digital library resources, and materials available through interlibrary loans.
As of June 2024, the total number of volumes: 57,681.
